windows. The floors are a solid 6 inches of concrete with re
bar, complete with a beautiful, polished finish. The hangar
features a pilot lounge with full kitchen, crew facilities
including a workout room, pilot quiet rooms, office areas which
overlook the hangar bay, 4 bathrooms, shower & laundry
facilities. The lounge & office areas are finished with beautiful
solid maple millwork, stone tiled floors, tin ceilings & eye
catching pipe light fixtures, to give this hangar a modern
industrial style. The exterior of the hangar features a large
corner lot with a spacious parking area, private rear yard
adjoining the farm fields, concrete patio perfect for crew cook
outs, a south facing apron (no ice build up), gorgeous stone
work, a security camera system to monitor the interior &
exterior, and a great view to watch the airplanes land on
